DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Add 1 stix pack then 12 - 16 oz of water to a bottle (the Sisel H2 steel is best) with a sealing cap.

Shake lightly... Wait a minimum of 5 mins OK – 10 mins GOOD - 15 mins BETTER and

18 minutes is the BEST concentration as it yields the most ppm) before consuming.
